I'll be speaking today at the Georgetown Environmental Law and Policy Institute conference in Berkeley, California. The event is sponsored by Attorney General Bill Lockyer, the League of California Cities, the State Bar, the National Assoication of Counties, and other strongly anti-property rights groups. So I doubt the audience will be very sympathetic, but as Daniel had his faith, so I have my Constitution. In any case, if anyone out there is planning on attending, and reads PLF On Eminent Domain, please do come up and say hi afterwards.
