Lawsuit over Atlantic Yards

A group called Develop, Don't Destroy Brooklyn has filed a lawsuit against the state of New York, seeking to prevent te government from taking their land for private development. (Here's a copy of the complaint.) More information at the New York Real Estate Observer.
