Montana Eminent Domain Initiative Goes to Supreme Court

Earlier this month, Montana Judge Dirk Sandefur (no relation) ruled that Montana's eminent domain reform ballot initiative must be removed from the ballot due to irregularities in signature gathering. Now the Montana Supreme Court will rule on whether the initiatives qualify for voter approval.
