Montana school choice case continues to attract media coverage

January 12, 2016 | By WENCONG FA

As our readers know, PLF is representing parents and schools in a federal lawsuit against the Montana Department of Revenue. Our clients want to take advantage of Montana’s recently enacted scholarship tax credit program, which allows students to use private donations at any private school in the state. Yet the Department adopted a discriminatory rule that prevents students from using this money at any religious school.

Our lawsuit has generated widespread media coverage. A British newspaper ran a story on our case yesterday. We’ve also been interviewed about the case (here, here, and here). There’s another one tomorrow. Please listen in to the Zeb Bell show at 8:30am PST for the latest in our case.
