PLF's Wen Fa discusses litigating for liberty with Elk Grove Tea Party
I’ll be speaking at 7 p.m. tonight to the Elk Grove Tea Party about Pacific Legal Foundation’s efforts litigating for liberty from coast to coast. If you are in the area, please join us at the Holiday Inn at 9175 W. Stockton Blvd. Elk Grove, CA 95758. The speech will center around three topics that are critically important to our freedom from government overreach. First, I will speak on PLF’s continuing fight against Obamacare, and tell you what happened in a major opinion released last Friday. Second, I will discuss economic liberty, including why occupational licensing laws that purport to help the public do nothing of the sort. Finally, I will talk about school choice. Come hear about how schools choice fits our mission to make sure everyone in America has an opportunity to succeed.
