President Obama wants to give more power to unconstitutional agency

The Washington Examiner’s Philip Klein points out that the Obama Administration is proposing to give even more power to the unelected Platonic Guardians of the Independent Payment Advisory Board, by forcing them to implement even deeper cuts in Medicare expenditures—without, of course, any oversight or accountability from the legislative, executive, or judicial branches of government.
