Prop 4 would restrict government powers
Michigan's Daily Mining Gazette explains that Proposition 4 would "make it more difficult for governments to take private property. Under Proposal 4, governments would no longer be able to absorb property to create economic development or tax revenue. Michigan is one of 11 states to put such a measure up for a vote this year."
