Property-Rights Initiative Still Popular, But Losing Ground

Amy Rolph of the Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports that Washington's Initiative 933 is losing a bit of support, but the figures are still strongly in support: about 47 percent are sdtrongly in support and 31 strongly opposed.
