Supreme Court declines to review constitutionality of delta smelt regs

This morning the Supreme Court issued an order declining to review Stewart & Jasper Orchards v. Salazar, PLF's Commerce Clause challenge to federal delta smelt restrictions.  More thoughts to come later today.
