The New York Times takes closer look at State of the Union comment

During last night's State of the Union Address, President Obama criticized the Supreme Court for its recent ruling in Citizens United. PLF participated in that case, and we referred to the ruling as a "First Amendment victory" on this blog a few days ago.
Today, The New York Times writes that the president mischaracterized the Supreme Court's decision.
