To catch an entrepreneur

Our friends at ReasonTV have released this video reporting on California’s absurd strategy to enforce restrictions on the right to earn a living. Apparent fans of news/reality television, the California Contractors State License Board set up stings to catch would-be painters or landscapers who threaten our society by offering to rub a brush on a wall or trim some shrubbery without first getting permission from the state.
