Video of my appearance with PLF client John Duarte on the Stossel program is now available. We discuss the arbitrary nature of the Corps of Engineers action shutting down Duarte Nursery’s wheat farm in rural Northern California, in violation of the Due Process Clause of the U.S. Constitution.
