Seven percent of precincts are reporting on Initiative 933: 55 percent no, to 45 percent yes. Initiative 933 is not about eminent domain, but would require government to compensate people for taking their property rights through regulations, instead. It's one of the more controversial initiatives, that's not expected to pass.
