PLF’s Timothy Sandefur talks Obamacare at Cato today

This afternoon at 4 pm Eastern Time, 1 pm Pacific, I’ll be participating in a forum at the Cato Institute about ongoing legal challenges to Obamacare. I’ll be talking about our Origination Clause challenge, Sissel v. HHS. On the panel with me are the Goldwater Institute’s Christina Sandefur, who’ll talk about the IPAB case, Coons v.
